These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by DL Cleaning Services (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking or using our services, you (“the client”) agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
We offer professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

Deep cleaning

Move in / move out cleaning

Exterior cleaning (including pressure washing and softwashing)
All services will be carried out as agreed at the time of booking.
3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client

Prices may vary if the condition of the property differs from the original description

We reserve the right to amend quotes upon inspection

Additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges
4. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings must be confirmed in advance

We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
-
Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
-
Missed appointments (no access provided) may be charged in full
5. Access to Property

The client must provide safe and suitable access to the property

If access is not available at the scheduled time, charges may apply

The client must ensure utilities (water/electricity) are available
6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

Late payments may be subject to additional charges
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information about the property and required services

Remove or secure valuable and fragile items

Ensure a safe working environment

Inform us of any hazards or special requirements
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to deliver a high standard of service at all times. If you are not satisfied:

You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion

We will offer a re-clean where appropriate

Refunds are issued at our discretion
9. Damage & Liability

We take all reasonable care while delivering our services

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Wear and tear
-
Items not secured or disclosed by the client

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided
10. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:

The environment is deemed unsafe

There are hazardous conditions not disclosed

There is risk to our staff or equipment
11. Exterior Cleaning Disclaimer
For services such as pressure washing and softwashing:

Results may vary depending on surface condition and age

Some stains may be permanent

We are not responsible for pre-existing surface damage (e.g. loose render, cracked pointing)
12. Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

Weather conditions (for exterior cleaning)

Staff illness or emergencies
-
Circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, we will rearrange the service at a convenient time.
