2. Service-Based Policy

Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not automatically provided once a service has been completed. However, we aim to resolve any issues fairly and professionally.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion

  • We will assess the issue and may offer a free re-clean of the affected area(s)

  • Re-cleans must be carried out within an agreed timeframe

Our goal is always to rectify issues before considering refunds.

4. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed

  • Significant areas were missed and cannot be rectified

  • Service was cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled

Any refund issued will be partial or full at our discretion, depending on the situation.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The client fails to report issues within 24 hours

  • The property condition differs significantly from the original description

  • Access was restricted or services could not be completed fully

  • Dissatisfaction is based on unrealistic expectations beyond agreed scope

  • Pre-existing damage, staining, or wear and tear

6. Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits (if taken) may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24–48 hours of the booking

  • Cancellations outside this period may be eligible for a refund at our discretion

7. No-Show & Access Issues

If we are unable to carry out the service due to:

  • No access to the property

  • Utilities not being available

The booking may be charged in full and will not be eligible for a refund.

8. Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are committed to finding a fair resolution.
